This is actually quite astounding. Dear Reader Fraser has created a mosaic using 80 random Windows crash shots (The Blue Screen of Death) to portray Microsoft CEO Steve "Uncle Fester" Ballmer. Above is a detail of his tongue. Below is a full head shot.
