SUBHEAD: Kauai's Storybook Theatre of Hawaii redesigns its website.
By Juan Wilson on 19 February 2009
The Storybook Theatre of Hawaii (SBT) has been entertaining and education children for almost two decades. Most children in Hawaii know the Russell Da Rooster TV show and many of them have met SBT's storyteller and director Mark Jeffers.
Besides its many community and school programs SBT has been providing other services, like the renovation of its building in Hanapepe as a theater/studio with audio/visual production facilities, and the building of its Peace Garden with outdoor performance/educational space. Local artists and craft-people have the opportunity to display their work at the Storybook Theatre Gift Shop.

Recently, the Storybook Theatre has been revamping its internet presence. A new and more dynamic www.StoryBook.org website now allows for readers to add there own comments to articles and will soon invite educators to post their students work. Any reader of the website can email content for possible publication to MarkJeffers@Hawaii.rr.com.
The new site design also is a portal to its new Russell Da Rooster's YouTube channel and its online SBT Product Shop. You can keep up to date with scheduled performances in the garden and theater as will as active programs of the organization.
Hey! Check it out!
